TRACK OPEN HOUSE EVENT!!!
Saturday, July 18th, 2009 8am-12pm
Open to all Chesterfield County Youth Ages 5-14
Cost: Registration is FREE, Optional Swift Creek Cougars T-Shirt: $15
-Advanced Registration REQUIRED--Registration Forms available HERE and due by July 17th at 5pm.
-Wear running shoes, sunscreen and bring a water bottle
-Instruction/Training from 8-10am with a mock meet at 10:30am (rest period 10-10:30)
-Volunteers are still needed. Those interested in coaching or other volunteer positions should contact Sarah Holloway at swiftcreekcougars@msn.com.
2009 Fall Cheerleading & Football Sign-Ups are underway. Last days for Football sign-ups will be Saturday's 7/11, 7/18, and 7/25 10am-noon at the Swift Creek Middle School Field House. Email football questions to Paul Amos at pamos@thejoyceagency.com. Cheerleading Sign-ups are by appointment only. Please email Kathy Allsbrook at allsbrook@comcast.net to set up a time. SWIFT CREEK COUGARS
The goal of our league is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our league is open to all boys and girls in the Swift Creek Elementary School boundary area. We offer Football, Cheerleading, Girls and Boys Basketball, Baseball and Softball.
We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our league is a positive influence in the lives of our children. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children, opportunities for the community to gather together, and endless hours of entertainment.
