ASSOCIATION
FOOTBALL REGISTRATION
If you attend Clover Hill Elementary, Swift Creek Elementary, Swift Creek Middle or
Tomahawk Middle (and you attended these elementary schools) you can play Swift
Creek football.
Ages 5-14
Registration Dates/Location/Fees:
****Saturday, June 2, 10 a.m. – noon
****Saturday, June 23, 10 a.m. – noon
****Saturday, July 14, 10 a.m. – noon
****Saturday, July 28, 10 a.m. – noon
Swift Creek Middle School Field House,
3700 Old Hundred Road, South
Flag $115 for May/July registration
Tackle $175 for May/July registration
*Rates will increase in August to $125 and $185 respectively*
First Practice (all ages), Saturday, August 4th
Please bring with you at the time of registration:
• A copy of birth certificate (if new to SC football)
• A check for payment

SWIFT CREEK COUGARS
The goal of our league is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our league is open to all boys and girls in the Swift Creek Elementary School boundary area. We offer Football, Cheerleading, Girls and Boys Basketball, Baseball and Softball.
We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our league is a positive influence in the lives of our children. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children, opportunities for the community to gather together, and endless hours of entertainment.
