Sign-up times and locations are as follows:
Saturday, Jan. 14 & 28 from 10 a.m.-noon
Saturday, Feb. 11 from 9:30 a.m.-noon

Softball league fee $110 / Baseball league fee $125
(Fee includes $25 Fundraising Fee)

SCAA is a member of Chesterfield Baseball Clubs (CBC). Players that go to school together play together. All players should reside within the boundary of or attend Swift Creek Elementary School.

Attention SCAA members,
On March 11, 2012, the SCAA Board will be conducting its annual meeting. This meeting is when we elect our board for the year. We are currently seeking nominations for all 13 positions. If you are interested in becoming a board member, or know someone else who might be a good candidate, please send an email to Sarah Holloway at SwiftCreekCougars@gmail.com. Please include your name, the persons name you are nominating, the position you are nominating them for and their contact information. All nominations are due by Friday, February 10, 2012 at 5pm. Interested Nominees will need to be present at our February 12th meeting. That meeting will be at the Re/Max Allegiance office located at the front of Brandermill, at 6:30pm. Nominees will be contacted prior to the February meeting with further information.
This meeting, as all of our meetings, are open to our general membership. This includes our March annual meeting. General membership can vote for the board nominations, if they are present. We are urging our members to be present so that your board will be able to better represent you throughout the year. After the February meeting, a full list of nominations will be posted on our website for our membership to view.
