7V7 Opening Weekend!

Your Swift Creek Cougars had a great opening weekend in 7v7! The 7U rolled over Gates 20-0, led by Melo Holmes' 3 TDs in his very first game for Swift Creek! We expect big things from this young man. The 9U picked up a W as well, led by a strong performance by Aalaysha McClenny! Aalaysha was a terror on both sides of the ball, and she won the CQL 9U Defensive Player of the Week for her efforts! Way to go Aalaysha! The 14U was dominant against an overmatched Dinwiddie squad, winning 24-6. Ethan Patrick was 9/16 with 161 yards and 4 TDs, tossing two each to KJ Harris and Emanuel Moore. Way to go guys! On to next week vs Chester!
